Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the f7bd platform — whether via the website at f7bd.io, any associated mobile-optimised interface, or any application provided by f7bd — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and f7bd (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately and must not attempt to register an account.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The f7bd platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. f7bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where age cannot be verified to f7bd's satisfaction, the account will be suspended pending verification or permanently closed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The platform is operated for and marketed to players based in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the f7bd platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. f7bd makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or legally available in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these terms.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.

f7bd operates a strict one account per person policy. No individual may register or maintain more than one account on the platform, whether under their own name or any alias. The existence of duplicate accounts — including accounts registered from the same device, IP address, payment method, or household — may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

f7bd may require you to complete identity verification at any stage, including but not limited to: prior to your first withdrawal; when your account balance or cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds; or where unusual account activity is detected. Verification documents may include a national identity card, passport, driving licence, or utility bill. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Security

3.1 Password and Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. f7bd will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify f7bd immediately by contacting support at the email address provided on this site. You accept that f7bd cannot be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

3.3 Account Responsibility

All transactions and wagers placed using your account credentials are deemed to have been made by you. f7bd accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of your account credentials being used by a third party with or without your knowledge, where f7bd has not been notified of suspected unauthorised access prior to those transactions occurring.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

f7bd supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, as well as any applicable daily or weekly transaction limits, are displayed within your account settings and may be updated by f7bd from time to time. f7bd reserves the right to impose additional transaction limits on individual accounts where warranted by responsible gaming considerations or security concerns.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within one to five business days, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification requirements. f7bd reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these terms. Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit.

4.4 Currency and Conversion

All account balances are maintained in BDT. f7bd does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT-denominated transactions. Where a payment provider imposes its own transaction fees, those fees are the responsibility of the player and will be deducted from the transaction amount.

4.5 Prohibited Fund Sources

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your f7bd account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. The use of the platform for money laundering or the processing of criminally derived funds is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other promotional credits offered by f7bd are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time of its promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that offer only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits for each promotion are stated clearly in the offer details. Wagers placed on games with a contribution rate of less than 100% will be weighted accordingly when calculating progress towards the wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

f7bd reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit — and to void any winnings derived therefrom — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; using stake patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements without genuine intent to play; or colluding with other players in connection with a promotion.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes

All casino games available on the f7bd platform are provided by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) operated independently by each studio provider. f7bd does not influence or interfere with game outcome mechanics.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to disconnections, server errors, or software failures — f7bd's records of game transactions shall be the definitive record of the outcome. Where a game round cannot be resolved due to a technical fault, f7bd reserves the right to void the affected round and return any at-risk stakes to the player's account balance.

6.3 Disputed Game Results

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify f7bd support within seven (7) calendar days of the disputed event, providing your username, the relevant game name, the date and time of the session, and a description of the issue. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. f7bd's decision following investigation of a bona fide game dispute is final.

7. Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A sports wager is accepted and confirmed only when you receive an explicit confirmation from the f7bd platform, including a unique bet reference number. Any bets placed during periods of known odds error, market suspension, or system disruption may be voided at f7bd's discretion.

7.2 Odds Errors

f7bd reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest error, including but not limited to incorrect odds arising from human data entry error, data feed malfunction, or technical error. Winnings paid in error will be reclaimed from the player's account balance.

7.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement

Where a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the period specified in the applicable market rules, all bets on that event will ordinarily be voided and stakes returned. The specific rules for each sport and market type — including BPL cricket, T20 World Cup, IPL, and international football — are published within the platform's betting rules section.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f7bd platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering with false, misleading, or another person's identity information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain — any such gains must be reported to f7bd immediately and will be reversed.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement to influence the outcome of a sporting event or casino game for wagering advantage.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds on behalf of another person (third-party fund management).
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.
• Reselling, transferring, or commercially exploiting any content, data, or features of the f7bd platform without written authorisation.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the f7bd platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of f7bd or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any f7bd content without prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of f7bd's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, f7bd and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

f7bd's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your f7bd account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

f7bd does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or compatible with all devices and operating systems. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.

12. Privacy and Data

f7bd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can exercise your data rights.

f7bd uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit between your device and our servers. Passwords are stored as one-way cryptographic hashes. Despite these measures, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and f7bd cannot warrant the absolute security of your data.

13. Amendments and Termination

13.1 Amendments

f7bd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, f7bd will endeavour to notify registered players via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

13.2 Termination by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting f7bd support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and provided that the balance does not consist entirely of uncleared bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.

13.3 Termination by f7bd

f7bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of your account poses a legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to the platform. Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, any balance held may be forfeited.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. f7bd operates this platform with the intention of providing services to players in Bangladesh in a fair, transparent, and responsible manner.

In the event of any dispute between you and f7bd, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link) with a full description of your complaint. f7bd aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive resolution within 14 calendar days of receipt. If you remain dissatisfied following f7bd's final response, you may seek independent dispute resolution through an appropriate third-party service.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
